Summer has arrived, and it is time to review our skin strategy for the coming months. Our skin is the body’s largest organ and, beyond its aesthetic role, it performs many vital functions. These include protection against UV radiation, temperature regulation through sweating and the dilation and constriction of blood vessels, sensation, maintaining water balance, vitamin D synthesis, and immune defence.
This session offers an opportunity to better understand your skin, its functions, and the steps you can take to keep it healthy throughout your life.
