Dr. Marialuigia Giovannini-Spinelli is an Italian-born, Swiss-board certified OB-GYN and neuroscientist specializing in high-resolution prenatal diagnostics, reproductive endocrinology, and holistic women’s health. She completed her medical training and initial residency at the University of Naples Federico II, followed by a prestigious binational PhD program in Neuroscience and Reproductive Science in conjunction with the University of Bern.

Dr. Giovannini-Spinelli spent over five years managing high-risk pregnancies and prenatal care at the Inselspital (Bern University Hospital). Today, she maintains a specialized clinical footprint across Switzerland, practicing at the Paracelsus-Zentrum am Grossmünster in Zurich, the Hirslanden Klinik Aarau, and the private center Geburt und Familie. Uniquely bridging the gap between bench science and patient care, she integrates advanced ultrasound diagnostics and outpatient hysteroscopy with formal certifications in Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology (PNEI), psychosomatic medicine, and anthroposophically extended medicine.
