Dr. Anna Erat is an internationally recognized leader in preventive medicine, healthy longevity, and sports medicine. She completed her medical studies at the University of Zurich and Harvard Medical School, followed by post-doctoral biomedical research at Harvard. She simultaneously earned a PhD in epidemiology and health systems management from the University of Basel.

Breaking systemic ground, Dr. Erat served as the first female Medical Director in the history of the prestigious Klinik Hirslanden and drove the group’s strategy for preventive medicine. Highly trusted within competitive athletic and executive circles, she acts as a Chief Medical Officer for Hintsa Performance, optimizing resilience for elite clients ranging from Formula 1 drivers to corporate boards. A graduate of the INSEAD International Directors Program, she heavily leverages her dual background in health economics and advanced clinical medicine across corporate boards, academic institutions like the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and international global stages like the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
