Epigenetic Health at Work (2 October)

How Workplace Well-being Shapes Performance, Resilience and Long-Term Health Ask the Expert over Lunch session

About this event

Have you ever wondered how much your workplace shapes your long-term health?
What if the way we design our work environment could directly influence not only stress and resilience, but even how our genes are expressed?

In this Ask the Expert session, epigenetic health specialist Armelle Vallette d'Osia will introduce the fascinating connection between workplace health and epigenetics: what it is, why it matters, and how daily habits and environments can transform well-being at work. After that, it’s your turn: bring your questions, explore the science, and discover practical ways to apply these insights for healthier, more productive workplaces.

Please note that this session will provide general knowledge and inspiration, not individual medical advice.
