About this event
Kristina Andjelkovic is a certified Health and mental Coach, an MSc candidate in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London, and the founder of The NINA Health, a method that connects nutrition, intuition, neuroscience, and awareness to support balance and resilience in daily life. She is also the co-organizer of the Geneva Longevity Summit 2025, taking place on June 14 — a multidisciplinary event dedicated to brain health, emotional well-being, and healthy aging.
Her work bridges science and everyday experience, helping people build mental clarity, energy, and emotional stability through accessible, lifestyle-based strategies.
In this “Ask the Expert” session, Kristina will introduce simple, science-backed habits that support everyday brain health. From how we eat and sleep to how we breathe and recover from stress, small changes can make a big difference in how we think, feel, and age.
